Version 19.0.0

Integrity v19.0.0 is another maintenance-focused release, like the previous version (if you'd like to see the last feature-loaded release news, look here). This one performs another - this time minor - dependency update, which gets Integrity to full compatibility with Java 11. Note that at least the entire 19.x version branch will still be built with Java 8 as the compile target, so full Java 8 compatibility is retained until further notice.

• The Integrity Xtext/EMF/... dependencies have been updated to those from Eclipse 2019-03 (Xtext 2.17.0).
